The INOXFRIULI mixer is made entirely of stainless steel, with waterproof external controls. The mixer keeps the temperature constant thanks to a fixed circuit which transports hot water or liquid to its lower bottom and the jacket. The mixer is insulated by high-density injected polyurethane foam or rockwool, and clad externally with stainless steel.

The mixer is equipped with anchor shaft and scraping paddles in Teflon suitable for food use.
